3 Awesome Exercises For Your Core

Our core is the power center of our bodies so making sure it stays strong is vital.  Here are three of my favorite core exercises to do utilizing a fitness ball:

1. Plank Push Ups

you can work on these without the ball first and then add the ball to make it a bit more challenging.

2. Plank Tuck Ups

This one targets the entire core!

3. Plank Pike Ups

Be patient with yourself if you give these a try. The first time I tried them I almost fell on my head!
