I hope that all is well with you, dear friend! This space is dedicated to discovering the power of godly habits.  Six years ago I started my fitness journey on a dare. I was challenged to walk for 30 minutes a day for 100 days. I managed to meet that challenge and from there a habit was formed.

As I walked I had time to enjoy nature, pray, and think my own thoughts. Over the years my goals have changed and my habits had to evolve as well. I pray that you'll join me on this spiritual, physical, and emotional  journey so that we can grow and discover what we're capable of together!

  1. I have had a similar journey as well. Thought I would check a 5K off my bucket list. But then it turned into a 10K and a half marathon. God began to open my eyes to powerful parallels between running and our spiritual journey with Him! I wrote a devotional book that highlights these parallels. Even those who aren’t runners have been greatly encouraged by it. Blessings to you on your fitness journey with God.
